We always encourage participants to raise as much sponsorship as possible. Any additional funds raised are channelled directly to operating our non-profit partner, Children in the Wilderness (CITW) – see for more information on the programme.

Wonderful prizes such as a getaway to Seychelles or some quiet time in the African bush are on offer to the participants who raise the most additional sponsorship, over and above their minimum entry donations.

Sponsorship Prizes

  • These prizes are for the individual participant who raises the most additional cash sponsorship, aligned with the minimum reserve allocated to each prize.
  • The prizes on offer will be communicated to all participants a few months prior to the event.
  • These prizes are transferable if you want to award them to one of your donors/sponsors.
  • Prizes are generally travel-related and include some wonderful safari destinations.
  • Prizes will be awarded either on the last night of the event, as part of the auction, or in October based on the participants who have the most funds in the bank by 30 September 2022.

Please Note

  • This excludes sponsorship for event equipment or branded items.
  • Additional cash sponsorship amounts will be calculated per individual making the donation.

Keep a lookout for information on our newsletters, website and social media platforms for updates on the prizes and how you can raise additional funds.
