Inclusions:

  • Tented accommodation – single occupancy in a two-person tent with a foam mattress
  • Two refreshment stops during the course of each riding day

  • Tips/gratuities for the local staff
  • Bicycle insurance (please note that Organisers will not be held liable for lost or damaged bicycles; please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover this risk)

Insurance

  • It is a condition of entry that each participant ensures they have comprehensive travel insurance and medical aid that provides sufficient coverage across all 3 countries (South Africa, Botswana and Zimbabwe). Failure to hold this cover may result in you being held personally liable for costs associated with any medical evacuation or treatment.
  • Due to the logistics of the event, we cannot refund any entry donations – it is imperative that you ensure that your travel insurance includes cancellation and curtailment insurance.
  • The Event Organisers cannot be held liable for personal injury, death, loss of, or damage related to the respective event. Participants are required to sign the indemnity in order to partake in the event
